"You're exhausted. But your brain won't stop."
Lying awake replaying conversations. Planning tomorrow. Scrolling because you can't drift off. Modern life has rewired most of us to stay mentally active long after our bodies need rest — and melatonin supplements don't address that root cause. Zen Sleep does. It signals your nervous system directly: it's safe to slow down now.
WHAT IT DOES
• Quiets mental chatter and racing thoughts Roman Chamomile contains apigenin — a natural anxiolytic compound that binds to GABA receptors in the brain, producing calming effects without dependency.
• Induces deep, restorative sleep naturally Lavender Oil is the most studied essential oil in sleep research — consistent use has been shown to increase slow-wave (deep) sleep and reduce nighttime waking.
• Grounds and anchors an anxious mind Cedarwood Oil releases Cedrol — a sedative sesquiterpene that slows the central nervous system, creating a physical heaviness ideal for sleep onset.

Why it's there |
|
Lavender Oil |
Linalool — GABA-A receptor agonism. Reduces sleep latency and improves deep sleep quality across 15+ published RCTs. |
|
Cedarwood Atlas Oil |
Cedrol — CNS sedative sesquiterpene. Documented to reduce locomotor activity and extend slow-wave sleep duration in human clinical trials. |
|
Roman Chamomile Oil |
Apigenin — binds benzodiazepine receptor sites on GABA-A complex. Equivalent anxiolytic action to diazepam without dependency. |

HOW TO USE
1. Begin your wind-down ritual 15–20 minutes before you intend to sleep.
2. Roll onto the soles of your feet, inner wrists, and back of your neck.
3. Cup your wrists over your nose and inhale slowly 4–5 times. This activates the limbic system directly.
4. For severe restlessness: also apply to the centre of the forehead and temples.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF
You have trouble falling asleep, wake up frequently at night, suffer from stress or anxiety that peaks at bedtime, or want to reduce screen dependency as part of your sleep routine.
SAFETY
For external use only. Not a sedative — do not use before driving. Patch test before first use. Keep away from children. Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or nursing.
